Independently works within broad guidelines and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues.
Accountable for execution of the prioritized backlog for the team in a timely manner, with right quality and content; Own the team backlog which specifically includes fault fixing, improvements, features and other enablers.
Support SON Products team in feature prioritization by providing scope triage/ Program Increment content planning and finalization / Ensure Feature validation from Systems Engineering / Final Acceptance.
Ensure alignment with the SON Systems Engineering in Just-in-time story elaboration covering end-to-end system requirements definition, analysis, verification and performance for the prioritized items in the team backlog.
Ensure alignment with SON Architecture team to realize product architectural renewal and/or system requirement definition (incl. for e.g., Cloud Native transition, alignment to ONAP, definition of key customer scalability, serviceability and reliability requirements) in the scope of own team.
Be involved and work closely / daily with scrum team as part of the team during planning, demos and retrospectives.
Approve/Reject US along with SE/SA and ProdM with focus on DOD.
Owns Iteration planning including reprioritization and dependencies with other POs and address external impediments of the team.
Interfaces with other POs for best practice sharing and decides along with Scrum Master on adoption of the best practises
Fault Manager of the team responsible for prioritizing and execution of bug. Includes maintenance and release activities in same backlog.
Responsible for operational alignment and interworking with other product / solution teams to orchestrate smooth feature execution based on priority.
Represents the team in external sync meetings called by Release Train Engineer.
