Duties/Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will have an understanding and development experience of the Salesforce product suite and be a champion of the platform/best practices. Responsibilities will include:
- Work with business partners to understand unique business challenges and develop the best technical solution that addresses their requirements.
- Develop strong relationships by building trust, rapport and positive working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
- Articulate thoughts clearly as well as listen to and considers others’ ideas.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 1+ years’ experience in Service, Marketing, Sales, or Experience Cloud environments.
- 1+ years’ experience with SalesForce.com Architecture
- Self-motivated with ability to translate business requirements into technology solution.
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus within a team towards a common technical goal
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage one-on-one at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Certified Platform Developer certifications.
- Sales Cloud Administration: Products, Quotes, Orders and Collaborative Forecasts (ADM 251), Service Cloud Administration, and Service Cloud Administration (ADM 261)
- Technical development experience (Java, .NET, or similar)
- Integration technologies for middleware and enterprise service bus (ESB) including Tibco BusinessWorks / EMS, and message protocols/formats (JMS, MQ, SOAP, JSON, XML).
