Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience with Salesforce and configuring and developing custom Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules
Preferred qualifications:

Salesforce certification (e.g., advanced admin, platform developer 1 and 2)
Experience with Salesforce platform and system integrations
Experience with programming using modern software design patterns and platform specific patterns/limits
Experience in building lightning components and custom application development
Experience in collaborating with teams cross-functionally and influencing decision-making


Responsibilities

Lead and implement the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management projects across Google Play Commercial Operations.
Work with product, sales, marketing and operations management to understand systems needs and ensure systems strategy and development are integrated into the business.
Partner with development teams to ensure that technical solutions align with overall architecture standards.
Develop and independently run global projects end-to-end, including ownership to ensure successful planning, execution, analysis, and communication of projects.
Act as a trusted advisor to partners by anticipating customer needs and identifying appropriate solutions.
