Must be able to take part in elicitation sessions and capture requirements and action items
Must be able to co-facilitate elicitation sessions
Must be able to convert elicitation outputs into analysis artifacts - business process diagrams, use cases, requirements, UML diagrams, system context diagrams, etc
Must be able to work with UI team to build use cases and requirements from wireframes.
Must be able to work with data team to right data requirements
Must be able to communicate discovered requirements to UI team, developers, and data team
Must be able to track all the requirement's activities to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Must be able to work with Azure DevOps to manage requirements
Must be able to write user stories
Currently actively performing all aspects of requirements management - elicitation, analysis, specification, and validation.
The Business Analyst will be doing the heavy lifting on our team for TO-BE business processes, use cases, functional reqs, non-functional reqs, functional spec, and user stories.
Conduct and facilitate requirement gathering sessions with the client.
Collect requirements and create detailed specifications that include business rules and acceptance criteria.
Create user flow diagrams.
Collect data field needs.
Assist developers with the development of new components and translate requirements as needed.
Conduct product demos with client to ensure objectives have been achieved.
Ability to infer and document requirements from workflows and screen mockups.
