- Organizes and leads the agile team through the entire delivery life cycle
- Conducts estimate sessions with stakeholders to drive estimates and challenges estimates where appropriate to ensure accurate effort estimates by functional areas
- Manages delivery execution, resource deployment and overall coordination efforts to ensure features are completed on schedule and to budget
- Creates and manages the artifacts required for governance approval for medium to large-scale initiatives
- Serves as the core member of the Scrum team and ensure Scrum ceremonies are collaborative, occur on time, and adhere to "best practice "
- Monitors the progress of sprints; Coordinate cross functionally to remove blockers and manage dependencies
- Identify / Manage / Mitigate risks to prevent issues
- Establishes and actively manages all key stakeholder expectations and relationships
- Manages deliverables from all functional teams ensuring they meet the defined timeline and quality
- Provide / Accept continuous feedback in the spirit of continuous improvement
- Collaborates with resource managers to acquire the resources necessary to implement user stories on time and within budget
- Coaches and mentors team members for the maturity of the team and should be able to lead minimum of two scrum teams
- Team Leadership Experienced in assessing how the team is doing and driving necessary actions to improve
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to coach and mentor all team roles on a Scrum team
- Strong team player with the ability to manage others through teamwork and relationship building skills

Good understanding of the following technologies
- 5+ yrs as a Scrum Master
- Past experience as a developer
