JOB DETAIL

  • Develop software features/capabilities for Service Now solution that integrates with Network Services domain (such as, NOC)
  • Customize service ticketing categorization to support automation use cases for network services
  • Design, test, and deploy HTTP/HTTP based API’s that interact between Service Now and Network Services automation tools
  • Participate in appropriate scrum teams
  • Perform any required testing for features/capabilities

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field desired
  • Familiarity and experience with Service Now solution and offerings, including API external interfaces
  • Experience working on Agile software development projects
  • Experience with API design and testing using tools, such as Postman
  • Desired Skills: Agile developer, Web Services, HTTP/S API’s, Relational & Non-Relational Databases
  • Total Years of Experience: 2+
