Profile: " UX Designer "
•Responsibilities:
• Partner closely with key stakeholders across design, engineering, data science, business partners, and leadership to establish trust, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Bring a product-making mindset as part of your research strategy and influence the creation of end-to-end user experiences.
• Prioritize effectively by identifying the most burning problems to solve.
• Conduct strategic and tactical research to identify unmet user needs and product opportunities.
• Collect and analyze user behaviors and perceptions through in-depth interviews, usability studies, surveys, benchmarking studies, and other data points.
• Work closely with your research teammates to influence stakeholders to define product UX goals and integrate inclusive UX practices into day-to-day work.
• Advocate research findings to diverse audiences in memorable ways.
• Tackle complex business challenges and deliver clear and actionable insights.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in user experience research, design research, product research, or equivalent (i.e. hands-on) so that you have successes and failures to draw upon.
• Demonstrated agility, creativity, and growth mindset applied to research studies/projects working collaboratively with other stakeholders.
• A research portfolio that demonstrates a solid research process and techniques and the ability to make a meaningful impact.
• Experience across a variety of research methods such as in-depth interviews, usability studies, concept validation, user journey mapping, etc.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and strong attention to detail.
• A passion for articulating how you understand user needs, and the ability to influence others.
