Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and design and develop solutions in accordance.
• Root cause analysis of defects and suggest/develop fixes.
• Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and demonstrate willingness to learn new skills and components.
• Volunteer to help other team members whenever possible.
• Opportunity to recommend and establish best practices in development.Technical skill set required ThingWorx, WebServices REST, OOP, Java, Javascript, jQueryManagement skill sets required for Senior Level
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients
• Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
• Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution
• Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end

Experience/Education:

• BE / B. Tech. / MCA (IT/Computer Science) or equivalent degree.
