Understand the core processes related to Patient Support within a Commercial Life Sciences R&D organization.

Document both business level requirements and detailed requirements as well as epics and user stories that provide clear, unambiguous requirements for business users and development team members.
Create and contribute to test strategy, plans and scripts as well as test execution, triage and review acting as the primary client interface.
Lead the definition and testing of Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
Interface and effectively communicate with clients in various different functional areas, both business and technical.
Prepare for, facilitate and lead effective and productive meetings to include high quality client presentations.
