Python, AWS – required AWS Solutions Architect or higher. AWS: 2+ years, Python: 4+ years minimum.
DBs used in project – Snowflake, Postgres, Elastic Search, Kafka, Amazon Connect console – any DB experience OK.
Card LOB. Project is heavily reliant on AWS; all Lambda-based serverless deployment.
A lot of Python scripting; 8 or 9 different jobs pull in data from call centers (call metrics, agent metrics, etc.) and get sent to a dashboard to call center managers to decision staffing, do metrics analysis, etc.
Product is self-sustaining in the sense that it does not have any reliance on anything else on the team; contractor won’t have any dual duties or overlap with any other projects. Person will come in and do maintenance, data work, compliance work, as well as work on feature roadmap for new data sources, new features for data (i.e. forecasting.)
