Professional experience in business analysis and IT solutions based on customer requirements preferably ECBA certified. Good domain knowledge and experience in Life and Health Insurance, LOMA certification will be an added advantage. Experienced in Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.

Technical Skills:

· 10+ Years in BA majorly from an insurance.

· Working closely with customer Business Executives and understanding requirements

· Knowledge of Tools such as Agility, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence

· Ability to perform Impact Analysis of required additional functionalities on existing modules

· The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
