Preparation of user training manual/presentationTechnical Skills:- A bachelor s degree in business or related field (Bsc IT, BCA, Computer related degree)
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Good documentation skills
Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
