Key Responsibilities : NEED RESORCES FOR INDORE LOCATIONA Managing NOC operations for overall health and availability of the MPLS network, L1/L2/L3 Network timely report and resolution of issues as per allocated service levels B Troubleshooting of IP devices, IP Network faults in Fronthaul, Midhaul and backhaul network within allocated time window C Troubleshooting of issues escalated by Customer support team within associated SLAs D Troubleshooting escalated services issues within associated SLAs E Raising Trouble T
Technical Experience : 1 Responding in real time to Incidents/Faults escalated by Monitoring / L1 Fault Management Teams that require an additional level of knowledge/expertise to resolve or provide a work around within the agreed upon target 2 Cooperate with Incident Management team in the War room during the Emergency P1/P2/P3 Incident Handling process and provide inputs regarding the technical aspects of the case for Incident Report preparation post outage resolution
Professional Attributes : A Should have experience in working in a dynamic environment, following agile methodologies and leading a team of 10-15 people b Should be excellent in communication, analytical skills, presentation skills, ability to multitask and handle changing priorities
Educational Qualification : 1 Bachelors Degree in Electronics/Communication Engineering
