6. L&D Budgeting Logistics and Event Scheduling.

7. New Hire Orientation

8. identify Training needs according to needs.

9. Providing process training and product training.

10. Lead, teach, on-board, and evaluate new trainers. coordinate with HR team

11.Build quarterly and annual training program.

12.Present all the technical and supply training requirements.

13.Conducting Webinars

14.Monthly Presentations

15.Scheduling Training Programs.
