Required:

- 6+ years of hands on experience as Business Analyst with CRMs (preferably Salesforce)

- FSL (Field Service Lighting) experience is required

- Strong experience with Salesforce.com platform is a must

- Demonstrable experience in business analysis techniques, such as gathering requirements, refining user stories, modeling processes and analyzing data.

- Great communication and facilitation skills, ideally running workshops.

- Prefer formal training as a Business Analyst
