            Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

•             6+ years' related work experience, including progressive work experience in a programming or application development role

•             More than 7 years' experience with REACT Full-Stack who can function as a lead & has experience in designing & building medium to complex applications.

•             REACT- Full Stack Java expert

•             Knowledge of React JS, Node JS a plus

•             Experience with designing and implement full stack solution

•             Expert with REST API Expert with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery

•             Experience with relational & non-relational DBs *Experience with Microservices architecture

•             Expert with Spring Framework, Spring Cloud, Spring JDBC , Spring batch processing .

•             Experience with deploying applications on AWS cloud is plus

•             The role requires taking lead role on assignments and also working on proof of concepts with latest technologies.

•             Experience and understanding with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures

•             Proficiency programming in more than one object-oriented programming language Proficiency using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting tools such as Visio

•             Proficiency using debugging tools High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy

•             Experience mentoring / or leading other development staff
