Senior BI Services DEV and Support : Primary technical Oracle DAC, oversight for BI support and enhancements, weekly status reporting, collaboration, complex troubleshooting, query tuning, health checks, recommendations, and preventative maintenance.  monitoring, incident management, break/fix, troubleshooting, service requests for development and support tasks etc.

 ETL streams from EBS, Siebel, etc.

o Sibel/CRM = ~ 500 tasks

o EBS = ~ 900 tasks

o Overnight load starting at 12 am central and running ~ 9 hours

o Informatica

o DAC (Oracle Business Intelligence Data Warehouse Administration Console)

 OBIA & OBI analytics

o ~ 2,000 reports built and saved. Many rarely run

o Ad hoc reporting – 2,000 users
