Develop Java full stack but will be assigned mostly to front end implementation.
Perform advanced automated systems development work in support of Vocational Rehabilitation software systems.
Responsible for activities during all phases of the system development life cycle including analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving software, data, hardware and reporting problems and troubleshooting system issues for internal and external clients.
Develop and test Java Applications that meet design specifications, including accessibility and usability requirements.
Document current processes, reviews written specification additions/modifications and creates test cases for submitted defects involving new and modified program policies.
Analyze, design, and develop logical, structured programs and systems appropriate to customer needs which are well-documented programs and that may be maintained by others.
Ensure adherence to program documentation and procedural standards, and management goals and objectives.
Minimum Requirements
8 yrs. experience with Web Development
8 yrs. experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
8 yrs. experience with JSP, jQuery, Bootstrap, React, Angular
5 yrs. experience with Java
5 yrs. experience of Full stack Java development with emphasis on the view/front end development.
5 yrs. of experience with building Accessible web applications
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles, practices and techniques of application programming and software design.
Ability to accurately test software applications use a data driven development approach.
Skilled in solving problems; scheduling, testing, installing, and implementing programs; and in trouble shooting computer software systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to serve as a technical consultant to peers, clearly and accurately document relevant issues, and prepare accurate, concise, reliable reports.
