 Experience in at least one S/4HANA project work in SAP IMWM/EWM

•           Experience in Material Management and Batch Management processes is required.

•           Knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), LE (Logistics Execution), FI/CO and WM (Warehouse Management) and PP (Production Planning) is mandatory.

•           Material movements

•           Procurement (purchase requisitions, quotations, RFx processes, Purchase Orders, Contracts, Goods and Invoice Recepit, and all master data involved in these processes)

•           Inventory activities (can include Warehouse Management activities)

•           MRP (work with PP consultants to proper configure this process)

•           Interfaces between logistics and Accounts Payable

•           Manage and in some instances lead activities for ERP SAP S4/HANA and Integration with downstream systems

•           Utilize effective business analyst techniques to translate what business wants into IT requirements (User Stories)

•           Document as-is and to-be business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support

•           Document KDD (Key Design Decisions) with proper level of required details

•           Required experience in ERP  MM, PP, QM, SCM, SD ( S4 HANA)

•           Preferred SAP S/4HANA experience Quality, Make and Plan process.

•           Exposure to MES, LIMS, TrackWise, Planning systems

•           Good understanding of ERP with specific exposure in SAP ECC and or S4 HANA desired

•           Required experience in ERP (Source, Deliver, IMWM)

•           Preferred SAP S/4HANA experience (Source, IM/WM, EWM, Logistics)

•           SAP functional experience of which at least 3+ years in EWM.

•           Good knowledge of Manufacturing business processes.

•           Working experience with inbound/outbound/Manufacturing staging/Physical inventory and internal warehouse EWM processes.

•           Working experience with EWM queue management and resolutions. Good experience in LOSC/POSC.

•           Good experience in all standard SAP EWM configurations including Warehouse org structure, Placement and removal strategies, Physical inventory, Print configurations.

•           Working experience with Serial number and batch management. Working experience of cross-docking, wave/2-step picking etc.

•           Explain to business how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint

•           Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation and participates in compliance activities as required

•           Prepare and update project status reports and present weekly to stakeholders 

•           Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence and capable of Conducting technical workshops with the business to prepare

•           Prior experience in preparing Blue print , Workshop and Template creation.

•           Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills to address technical and non-technical audiences.

•           Strong will to pursue a problem, identify the source, and propose possible solutions in collaboration with other team members in a timely manner

•           Experience integrating SAP systems with external systems is required.

•           Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment is required.

•           Exposure of Data mapping and data migration in implementation projects.
