- Design, support, install, and maintain Cerner’s internal network infrastructure, related technologies and equipment.
- Design, support, install, and maintain local area network, wide area network, and wireless network components
- Work on and maintain hardware components, including firewalls, load balancers, routers, switches and access points
- Coordinate network changes and communicate with impacted stakeholders
- Perform project work to update or replace network equipment
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Configure or upgrade network components
- Document network diagrams
- Mentor and support associates in daily tasks and troubleshooting
