JOB DETAIL

  • Work with the Program Manager and INFOR teams to evaluate/document/identify potential changes to As-Is processes and Impacts of To-Be Processes  

  • May be required to:     

  • 1. create and update process documentation/workflows based on the changes to existing processes  

  • 2. to collect and document business requirements for the program and process improvement/automation efforts  

  • 3. Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases  

  • 4. Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results   

  • 5. Maintain required documentation to support the evaluation and identification of process changes  

  • 6. Work with the Organizational Change Management/OCM team to review global process changes to support the development of training and change documentation  

  • 7. Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns  

  • 8. Identify business process potential issues and risks and communicate to the PMO  

  • 9. Bring inconsistencies and problems of the Program Manager  

  • 10. Prepare incident details for post-mortem incident reviews  

IT Process Analyst Requirements: 

  • Previous working experience as a Process Analyst for 5 years 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
