- Work on deductions for a high volume of customer accounts and assist others on the team, as applicable # being a team player is essential
- Manage a customer portfolio that includes the top RB customers, both for US and Canada
- Review and manage deduction balances, ensuring receipt of proper documentation and information from key customers
- Identify appropriate solutions in order to reduce and prevent deductions
- Follow up with AR (OTC) and customer when additional documentation is required
- Business partner with groups including (but not limited to) Sales, Logistics, and Customer Supply Services.
- Reviewing and reconciling da ta related substantiation.
- Monitor accounts for credits and unresolved items
- Work on recoding of trade deductions to non-trade
- Strong communication and documentation skills including coordination skills, good personal presentation, oral and written communication skills.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external teams
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Excellent research capabilities
