JOB DETAIL

  • Most recent experience in S/4 HANA Implementation using AGILE / SAP ACTIVATE methodology in S/4 HANA Order to Cash Domain
  • Demonstrated experience of successfully leading client workshops for OTC / SD track during explore / build phase
  • Experience with Data migration from legacy systems to S/4HANA for Order to Cash domain
  • Proficiency in business process knowledge and configuration in S/4HANA for majority of the sales related processes – sales and distribution, logistics execution, projects systems for customer projects and deep understanding of integration across financial and logistics processes, SAP and non-SAP applications
  • Deep understanding of OTC integration with (Project systems module- Project Types, Engagement Life Cycle, WBS, Etc) and end to end solutions for project-based Sales scenarios
  • Deep understanding of S/4 HANA Data model for various master data and transactional data objects in Order to Cash and Project systems domains
  • Understanding of HANA LTMC (SAP HANA Migration Cockpit)
  • Minimum FIVE full lifecycle implementations / roll outs & support experience in SAP Projects, with least one S/4 HANA implementation project
  • Understanding of SAP intelligent enterprise and automation in Order to Cash related business processes using SAP applications

Bachelor / Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or equivalent discipline is required with minimum 15 years of consulting experience with multiple Industries

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Certified in SAP S/4 HANA Sales (Order to cash)
  • Understanding of SAP Best Practices and have knowledge in multiple modules, their integrations & technology
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
  • Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders
  • Should be proficient in conversation on wide ranging Order to cash and Project based Sales scenarios topics with business users, business leads, IT leads and CXOs
  • Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams

Knowledge of new features in SAP S/4HANA – embedded analytics, user experience using Fiori, S/4HANA conversion and pre-requisites, S/4HANA simplification and business impact, SAP cloud platform

Responsibilities:

  • Own S/4 Data migration for Order to Cash domain and related Project system Objects
  • Engage with S/4 project functional leads during solution design to understand S/4 solution design and develop Data migration solution design.
  • Creates data migration LTMC templates, establishes Source-Target(S/4) mapping working with source data team and business SME’s
  • Validates the data based on target structure
  • Analyze the data issues and categorize to enable resolution by following up with Business SME’s
  • Support and provide inputs for cutover, migration, testing, training related strategies.
  • Updates the template and mapping with S/4 configuration changes
  • Lead execution of Mock runs and production data load for data migration for Order to cash domain
