•             AEM

Experience Required      6-8

Roles & Responsibilities •             4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

•             2+ years business consulting experience with AEM

•             4+ years’ experience gathering and writing business requirements for Content Management Systems

•             2+ years’ experience with Agile development

•             Experience with native mobile development and operations

•             Experience with production support of content and content management systems

•             Experience with content entry in AEM

•             Experience working in matrix organization

•             Experience with Atlassian suite of products (JIRA, Confluence and HipChat)

•             Experience with a complex software release process and environment

•             Experience working in organizations that employ a distributed publishing model

•             Working knowledge of html, JavaScript and JSON a plus

•             Responsible for creating use cases for CMS solution for native mobile

•             Gathers requirements from stakeholders (e.g., native mobile developers, content authors and AEM technical architects)

•             Synthesize varied technical and business needs into a clear set of actionable requirements

•             Write users stories for product backlog

•             Collaborate with AEM Principal Business consultant to determine product direction and priority of user stories

•             Provide roadmap for feature teams to migrate to new CMS framework

•             Review and obtain approval of use cases from stakeholders

•             Accept user stories

•             Collaborate with CMS dev team to create CMS solutions

•             Evaluate existing AEM CMS capabilities and recommend improvements to authoring experience

•             Organize meetings to understand existing implementation and content structures

•             Create authoring training guides for CMS features and capabilities

•             Train authors on completed components and develop training materials and documentation for continued support

•             Train and educate other business partners—APO’s, PdM’s—on AEM architecture and process

•             Collaborate with Agile developers to arrange knowledge transfer sessions for completed AEM components and CMS capabilities

•             Perform acceptance testing on components, CMS capabilities and overall authoring experience

•             Identify bugs or issues in components, CMS capabilities and overall authoring experience, communicate to development teams and work to achieve resolution
