Oracle Cloud HCM Business Analyst

This position is urgent! Please let me know if you have anyone available on C2C (please, no layers). We also have a similar position that’s open for the same client but focused in Lawson instead of Oracle Cloud HCM but is essentially the same other than that.

Lawson HRIS Analyst – (Mostly Functional Support)

•             8+ years of Lawson HRIS experience (must be HR focused, not financials or other Lawson modules)

•             Hospital/Healthcare HRIS experience is strongly preferred

•             Must have Tableau experience with HR data reporting

•             Must have good SQL skills

•             Must have Lawson production support experience

Oracle Cloud HCM Analyst – (Mostly Functional Support)

•             At least 2 Oracle Cloud HCM Implementations

•             At least 3 years of Oracle Cloud experience

•             At least 8 years of Oracle HRIS/HCM Experience

•             At least 2-3 years of HR reporting experience with OTBI, OBIEE, BO, or Tableau

•             Some hospital/healthcare experience is strongly preferred

•             Good SQL skills
