This role will be part of thedevelopment, review, and analysis of new mobile products and productenhancements. It will include evaluating mobile customer experience, operationsand current products to effectively draft new requirements and ensure productsare delivered to expectations.
Requirements:
- Will help shape user experience and present requirements to stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Serves as primary point of contact between stakeholders, product manager and engineering/development staff.
- Identifies, documents, reports and tracks project needs and dependencies.
- Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
- Involvement in mobile value added services, product catalog and device related initiatives.
- Mobile or telecom experience helpful.
- Proactive, self-starter with an ability to coordinate meetings and help project managers keep delivery teams and projects on track.
- Ability to remain organized and manage multiple projects.
