- 8+ years of Lawson HRIS experience (must be HR focused, not financials or other Lawson modules)
- Hospital/Healthcare HRIS experience is strongly preferred
- Must have Tableau experience with HR data reporting
- Must have good SQL skills
- Must have Lawson production support experience
Oracle Cloud HCM Analyst – (Mostly Functional Support)
- At least 2 Oracle Cloud HCM Implementations
- At least 3 years of Oracle Cloud experience
- At least 8 years of Oracle HRIS/HCM Experience
- At least 2-3 years of HR reporting experience with OTBI, OBIEE, BO, or Tableau
- Some hospital/healthcare experience is strongly preferred
- Good SQL skills
