5+ years of CSDM & CMDB operational experience in a large environment - Must have CSDM implementation & Analysis knowledge

2+ years experience performing Application and Service Mapping

3-5 Experience with ServiceNow tool and ability to run reports queries

Understanding and hands on experience of ServiceNow discovery for servers (hardware extended), network (network extended), printers, database instances and web applications. Experience with, and knowledge of, the ITIL framework as well as ITSM

Preference will be given who have any relevant certification on CSDM / ITIL
