Workday FINS AMS Consultant

Our client is one of the largest Workday Implementation Partners.  They have a customer that is currently implementing Workday Financials (Core Financials, Financials Reporting, Prism, Planning and Cloud Connect) through another Workday Partner with a go live of Aug 2022.  The customer has approached our client to provide Application Maintenance and Support going forward.

Our client is putting together a team and is looking to onboard a Workday Financials Consultant who can take over the Workday support and integrations for Financials modules.

The Customer uses the newly implemented Workday and other integrated systems to execute their Financial services, Planning and reporting applications. In addition, they will directly connect with the Workday and other interface systems and consume the data.

Types of Integrations they will support

1. Policy Admin system General Ledger (GL) and Electronic Disbursement Files (eDS) files from Ensono.

2. Voya System files feeds through Sterling MFT and Axway MFT.

3. 3rd party Admin system (TPA) GL file feeds.

4. Equisoft IPAS System GL and eDS file feeds through MuleSoft middleware and Axway MFT.

Outbound from Workday

1. Banking feeds to Kyriba (Treasury Management System) through Workday sFTP integration

2. From Kyriba to Banking System feeds through Kyriba Vendor native SFTP.

3. Feed to Blackline system (Accounting and payment reconciliation system) through Workday native sFTP Integration.

4. GL Feed to Venerable, Voya, Wings, and Pacesetter.

5. Uncashed Check Info to Venerable UPEnterprise, RLUS and Voya Tracker Pro.

6. Check printing – Local print and Feeding to Centralized check printing systems
