Qualifications
REQUIRED
Total 8 to 10 years of experience in IT field
5 plus years in Analyzing, Design, Architecture of Multi Domain Master Data
At least 2 plus years of experience on strategic consulting and blue printing on Data Management - MDM Strategy, blueprinting, modernization, tool evaluations and planning is a very big plus
Good system knowledge on Master Data processes and Objects from ERP, CRM, legacy, and external systems
Should have very good knowledge in any one of the MDM tolls - Informatica, IBM MDM, EBX, Reltio, Semarchy etc
Extensive Domain knowledge on Customer Master, Vendor Master, Product Master, Partner master, BOM, COA etc
Strong Data Modeling and architecture with ability to convert Business processes into Data Structures.
Party model and other Industry Model knowledge is very big plus
Highly motivated and self driven professional
Very good collaboration skills with ability to work and partner with multiple and diverse stakeholders
Very good verbal and written communication is a must
