Job Description : Graduate Trainee Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Graduate Trainee Engineer will have primarily responsible to acquire the system knowledge and support the internal users from SOES.
- Should handle the support tickets related to Virtual classes, Student Information System, Student Portal, Student issues, creating access for new employees, revoking access, etc.
- Graduate Trainee Engineer will also be involved in enhancements (development) and application maintenance activities.
- Collaborating With Others: A large part of a Software Team, his / her job is to collaborate with developers, network team and staff from SOES
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Familiarity with: HTML, CSS, Windows, MS Office, and Websites is must.
- Any knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, WordPress, Asp.Net or Java is an added advantage.
- Should have covered basic programming in the course completed.
- Knowledge of at least one programming knowledge (Java / C++ / C#) and Object Oriented Programming concepts is must.
- Should have knowledge of at least one database.

- Good Verbal & Written Skills.

- Good coordination with team.
- Intiative, self- motivated, dynamic profile.
