- Handle chats and calls from customers, and prospective customers.
- Provide a quick and effective solution to the issue reported.
- Answer all the queries including necessary details.
- Escalate unresolved issues and technical flaws to the concerned team.
- Follow up with customer and back end team until resolution is confirmed.
Required Candidate profile
- Prior understanding in customer support roles
- Basic understanding of CRM/Marketing Automation platforms
- Knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Should be flexible with rotational shifts
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Excellent phone ad Email writing etiquette
- Strong listening and comprehension skills.
