1. Experience in embedded firmware development for any of domain/s - Consumer Product / IoT / General Embedded etc.

2. Experience in design and development of firmware at different layers: device drivers, middleware and application layer, etc. on 32-bit MCU based platforms

3. Experience in firmware development and integration of sensors, memories, communication devices.

4. Knowledge of various protocols - I2C, SPI, UART, etc.

5. Experience in Designing RTOS / Non-RTOS based firmware solution

6. Experience in any of the Embedded RTOS is a must ( FreeRTOS, uCos II or above, RTX, etc. )

7. Experience on MCU 32-bit Controller based platforms ( STMicro, NXP, Cypress, Atmel, etc.)

8. Experience in MCU-based wireless connectivity WIFI, BLE, 2G/3G, Zigbee, etc.

9. Experience with bootloader firmware

10. Quick learning abilities and open to working in new technologies and domains of embedded systems.
