As an Engineering leader, you will be part of Platform (omni channel customer experience engineering) Organization responsible for setting strategic direction and leading the engineering teams that delivers Customer Experience systems. This role will be responsible to work on customer experience initiatives that are designed to drive real value for our customers, leading to improved customer satisfaction and ultimately retention, which also leads to company growth. You will work across the IT organization and with business partners to define, create technology solutions and drive value through business process simplification, automation, and new product capabilities.

For such a detail-oriented role, you will be a hands-on engineering leader with 15+ years of professional experience. You will have good full stack experience of building enterprise scale websites and API / micro-services in React/Node JS, React Native, GraphQL and Java, who can design enterprise platforms, conceptualize technical issues, and manage 3-4 squads. Deep understanding of both business domain and technology for setting the technology roadmap that help realize business value is required. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
