Better requires process discipline and simplification
As a member of our engineering team, you will develop large-scale applications. You will ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization. You will be involved in the designing and architecture of digital projects. You will provide coaching to Junior Associates and Associates. You will support production calls and post prod fixes if required.

For this role, we require you to have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2-6 years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise-level back-end solutions. You should have proven skills and hands-on programming experience in Java 8, Springboot, API, Microservices, REST/GraphQL, NoSQL (Cassandra), AWS/EKS, Test frameworks (karate). It will be nice if you have web-app knowledge as well. Previous experience in designing ecosystems for Web applications & API Platforms is highly desirable. You have experience using the latest engineering & build tools like Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, git).
