Net developer with database experience 6-8 years.

Legal application functional knowledge and ready to work with legal application vendors to coordinate on requirements gathering, software upgrade, solution provider, defect fixes, ensure legal data to be secured .

•Ensure optimum performance, high availability and stability of solutions

• Design and develop applications, system to system interfaces, and complete software solutions 

•Create documentation such as user guides and software development guides 

•Develop advanced code and perform code review• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

• Minimum 5-6 years of software development experience Develop and unit-test Informatica ETL Code (job-flows) for deployment in the Data Warehouse environment Deliverables

• Work with Data Analysts to understand data mapping documentation

• Develop job flows that extract data from flat-files and database sources and load into downstream tables and/or flat-file outputs.

• Develop and execute test scripts to validate that code is producing the required results

• Optimize job flows and code-base for Data Warehouse environments

• Document code, job-flows, and run-books as necessary

• Package and check-in/out code into version control repository (or similar)

• Assist with code deployment, including job scheduling Required Skills/Expertise

• Proven development experience within the context of a Data Warehouse program using Informatica Power Center.

• Proven development experience with Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Greenplum or other MPP database platforms

• Proven development experience with both 3NF and dimensional models, Change-data-capture, time-variance, SCD/RCD, and other database concepts

• Expert SQL knowledge, including select/insert/update statements, internal functions
