- Translate customer requirements into stories and acceptance criteria and delineate to the development team.
- Experience in Agile Scrum practice in incrementally delivering quality outcomes to customers.
- Continuously accepts or rejects completed stories and Enablers.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow CMDB tables, relationships and CSDM data model.
- Ability to validate business rules, IRE, form configurations, ACLs, and review developer's code.
- Ability to test APIs and help integration partners with proper setup.
- Experience in creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.
- Experience in writing SQL queries in MS SQL or Oracle and supporting CMDB data consumers to write performant queries.
- Ability to analyze the root cause and provide solutions for the fix.
- Helps manage the backlog with pointed stories up to 3 sprints ahead of time and answer questions that the development team has about what should be built next.
- Meet with Product Management and stakeholders regularly to keep stakeholders informed on how much incremental value has been generated, field questions and inform them of any updates or changes to scope.
- Conduct the Iteration review with the team and participate in the System Demo to demonstrate the incremental functionality to the Agile Release Train and stakeholders.
