•              5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Framework, .Net Core, and C#

•              Experience with modern Web frameworks and services such as Bootstrap, Angular, ReactJS, RESTful services

•              Experience in financial technology. Prior Alternatives experience is a plus, but candidates with hedge funds, asset management or sell-side backgrounds

•              Solid understanding of object-oriented design and modern design patterns, software development best practices

•              Experience with cloud technologies, deployment and maintenance a plus

•              Experience with python development and deployment

•              Experience with Agile processes (unit testing, mocking, refactoring, code versioning and version control software such as GIT or Subversion)

•              Team player with an interest in learning new technologies and practices

•              System design experience

•              Experience working with Cash Management, Treasury systems is a plus

•              Commercial mindset making sound decisions and delivering to the desk while iterating to a better platform

•              Ownership mentality of problems
