JOB DETAIL

Resolving day to day desktop issues
Installing windows OS
Updating windows/anti-virus
Handling Video conference system including video conference.
Installing various applications on end user desktop
Troubleshooting for hardware and software problems.
 

Required Candidate profile

Minimum 1+ year experience as Desktop Engineer/Helpdesk-Technical Support
BCA , B.Tech , Three Year Diploma , PG Diploma , any graduate.
