Roles and Responsibilities
- Total work experience of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in installing, administering, and troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook and Exchange
- Understanding of messaging and intranet protocols, Skype for Business
- Knowledge of mobile device management tools and supporting iPads and iPhones would be helpful
- Thorough knowledge of Windows 10 Operating system and troubleshooting issues
- Good knowledge of Office 365, Outlook Mail, and Calendaring issues
- Active Directory, server operating systems (Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019)
- DHCP and DNS
- Exchange Online
- Network security (antivirus, spyware tools)
- Host security (for example, passwords, uids/gids, ACLs, file permissions, file system integrity)
- IIS and .NET architecture
- Understanding of Office 365 technologies OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, and Teams
- Understanding of ITIL fundamentals
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in written and verbal English language skills to deliver high-quality support for clients
- Solid sense of operational priorities
- The ability to work both independently and in project teams in a remote team setting.
