JOB DETAIL


Engage in all activities and operations of commercial data, business rule development, integration, governance, and security. Supports the management of projects, data integration operations and ensures quality. Support and maintain production services.
Can act as the primary point of contact for data consumers across the Commercial organization and IT, taking responsibility for reporting requirements, data mapping, ad-hoc query delivery to support reporting initiatives and systems integration of new data assets. This role requires a well-developed understanding of the methods of database queries and of data analysis, particularly as they apply to the tracking of sales data, field activity and data inquiry investigation.

 

Skills:
Bachelor's degree
7+ years' experience in Commercial Data Management or other relevant experience such as Commercial Analytics, IT, Field Operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in data analysis and report design/development
Knowledge and experience with relational database concepts and query tools
Knowledge of SQL and data extraction methodologies
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire, etc)
Strong communication and organization skills, team oriented and customer focused
Solution oriented with high attention to detail and sense of urgency, possessing data curiosity and ability to think creatively to answer critical business questions
Able to effectively manage projects from requirements gathering to production release
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience with specialty pharmacy aggregation and aggregation partners a plus
Ability to work in a rapidly changing and growth-oriented environment with regularly changing priorities and developing opportunities
Experience with third party pharmaceutical syndicated data (IQVIA, Symphony, DRG, etc.)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint)
