5+ years of project management experience within an enterprise IT function, ideally at a growth technology company 

Experience partnering with HR teams to design technologies, processes and solutions to support the needs of the business

Breadth of knowledge of people systems ecosystem, experience working in various people technology tech stacks

Excellent analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate effectively with management, IT, non-technical internal and external users, vendors and international teams

Experience defining projects with business stakeholders and working with technical teams to define and execute against the project roadmap

Experience performing resource allocation and managing project budgets

Experience performing cross-functional capacity planning for projects 

Experience running projects using a hybrid Waterfall and Agile approach

Experience with project management tools like Jira, Smartsheets, Google Sheets

Bachelors degree or higher at an accredited university
