SAP FICO

Minimum 15 Years of experience is required in SAP including managing large project management with SAP FICO knowledge.
Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to client.
Should have experience in delivery of at least 1 S4HANA implementation and rollout project
Oversee SAP S4HANA rollout project to provide metrics for reporting to project leaderships
Develop and execute detailed project plan.
Ensures that all project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives
Co-ordinate with all stake holders to ensure all the requirements are getting fulfilled in time.
Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
Capable of avoiding and resolving escalation arising out project
Ensure all the stake holders stuck to identified scope and no deviation in the scope and delivery
Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.
Motivate work of others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide status updates.
