• Being an active member of agile team – participatingin all ceremonies; writing, estimating and executing User Stories; executingtesting; and engaging with business partners for business readiness/rollout

• Experience with Retirement Industry Regulatory andCompliance areas (ie Disclosures, statements)

• Strong SQL skills (including use of DBVisualizer)for manipulating data in databases (DB2, Oracle)

• Knowledge of AWS technologies, Java, ETL and Cobol

• Testing experience

• Excellent communication skills – both verbal andwritten

Experience with Retirement IndustryRegulatory and Compliance areas (ie Disclosures, statements) (These areRetirement Industry type companies: Ameriprise Financial, Empower Retirement andTIAA-CREF or any other

User Stories (This can be: systemrequirements gathering, Technical requirements gathering, user cases, mockups,wireframes, etc)
