-Design, develop, and implement procedures, processes, work instructions/run books

- Drive optimizations and efficiencies through process enhancement and/or automation

-Assists in developing and testing disaster recovery processes and procedures

-Evaluate capacity trends and make recommendations

-DB Migration Activities- Installation, upgrades and patching

- Development and optimization

- Configuration and monitoring

- Installation, testing, implementation and patching

- Backup and recovery planning

- Performance Tuning

-Applying Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)Data mapping, mining and transformation analysis tools

- Able to deliver in given SLAs

-Responsibility of owning up the tasks and track till closure

- Participate in afterhours/on-call support as needed
