The Product Owner / Business Analyst role is to plan and elicit requirements from business stakeholders in the form of epics and stories, ensure stakeholders understand the business value and required outcomes, and ensure requirements are communicated and understood by the development / entire project team
Provide requirement inputs during technical design sessions, review design deliverables for consistency and as a source of requirements
Analyze new requests from stakeholders and determine if the request is a new story, a modification to an existing story, or already covered in an existing story and add to backlog as appropriate
Facilitate the ongoing backlog grooming process, including defining business value and priority and organizing/selecting stories for upcoming sprints and organizing the backlog into a high-level release roadmap
Prioritize requirements collaboratively with business stakeholders, DevOps, and technology disciplines.
Work with multiple simultaneous projects by identifying requirements, facilitating change management, impact analysis, supporting execution team
Assist with content entry and verification tasks
Ensure that project team has clear understanding of functional requirements and business expectations
Experience in creating requirements for Web-development
Maintain a holistic view of product and ensure that the end-to-end experience is strong
Build, organize and maintain the project/team backlog over the course of the project, often serving as a partner and mentor for a client Product Owner
Participate in all scrum ceremonies and ensure stories are "ready " for upcoming sprints
Work with QA teams to develop testing strategy, test plan, identify test cases and participate in UAT
Communicate requirements to stakeholders; ensure developers and testers understand the stories and have a common understanding on how the user story will be built, implemented, and tested
Perform functional testing and facilitate user acceptance testing
