JOB DETAIL

Skills equiv.to 6-10 years in comparable position. Responsible for overseeing all taskactivities assigned to the Scrum team are performed in a timely manner withminimal technical debt, while maintaining the highest quality of performance.Will interface with client personnel and use oral and written communicationsskills to develop great working relationships with stakeholders. Will lead aScrum team to perform planning, development and testing on a large softwaredevelopment, implementation and integration project. Conduct all Scrum relatedactivities, including sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospectiveand client demos. Interface with product owners on an active basis to manageproduct backlog and sprint activities. Remove obstacles and manage risks toenable team efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure all scrum activities aretracked and kept up-to-date and reported on a daily basis. Must have experiencemanaging software development projects, preferable managing or performingsoftware development projects using an Agile Scrum approach. PMI-ACP, CertifiedScrum Practitioner (CSP) or Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred. Abilityto apply scrum estimation techniques to software development efforts, strongleadership and organizational skills with excellent communication (written andverbal), time management, project planning, people and team building skills.

Facilitate regular agile events to ensure progress. Ensure the team isfully functional and productive Enable close cooperation across all roles andfunctions and removes barriers Shield team from external interferencesEncourage team to be more self-organizing and self-managing Coach the team(s);Help Product Owner understand how to create and maintain proper productbacklog. Must be able to ensure Agile/Scrumconcepts and principles are adhered to and make the tough calls Ability tonotice differences and issues as they arise and elevate them to management.
