Candidate needs to have the following experience:

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Able to impact analysis on complex issues

- Ability to work in fast pace and quickly pivoting environment

- Oversight of multiple teammates

- Strong prioritization skills

*Notes from talking to the Manager:

They are looking for a Sr BA that can work with data teams as they build out dashboard for reporting used by the lines of business.

They need an experienced BA that can communicate with off shore teams as well as teams that are not as used to running a project lifecycle. These teams in the past have provided adhoc reporting and worked directly with the lines of business. There was less process and requirements gathering in the past.

Strong Core BA with requirements gathering. JIRA and Agile is going to be a big nice to have. No insurance experience needed, but always welcomed.
