- Strong hands-on experience working on Application Maintenance projects using C# .Net
- Good experience in .Net technologies - C#, ASP.Net, Web Service
- Good experience working in SQL database queries
- Good knowledge in ITIL framework
Delivery Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in .Net - C#, ASP.Net, Web Service, SQL programming
- Nice to know Angular framework
- Have experience ensuring SLAs are met
- Assist in deployment activities and provide post production support
Non-Technical Skills:
- Experience working as part of onsite team in requirement gathering, resolving L2 issues, etc.
- Should have good analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Should be excellent in communication - both oral and written
- Provide daily status on the tasks performed
- Should have experience working on ServiceNow or similar tool
Preferred Skills:
- Good and clear communication, ability to clarify user queries in meetings, experience working with US client/stakeholders
- Should have experience working as individual contributor
- Not a traveller
