Developing and implementing an overall organizational data strategy that is in line with business processes.

The strategy includes data model designs, database development standards, implementation and management of data warehouses and data analytics systems.

- Identifying data sources, both internal and external, and working out a plan for data management that is aligned with organizational data strategy.

- Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system. - Managing end-to-end data architecture, from selecting the platform, designing the technical architecture, and developing the application to finally testing and implementing the propose d solution.

- Planning and execution of data solutions

- Defining and managing the flow of data and dissemination of information within the organization. - Integrating technical functionality, ensuring data accessibility, accuracy, and security.

- Conducting a continuous audit of data management system performance, refine whenever required, and report immediately any breach or loopholes to the stakeholders.

- 10 years of experience

- Experience in Requirements engineering, Solution architecture, Design, Development and Deployment

- A broad set of technical skills and knowledge across hardware, software systems and solution development across more than one technical domain.

- Demonstrated experience in real world IT or other solutions environments including a product or IT solution in Big Data Analytics

- Strong Communication skills including representing company in Industry standards organizations or technical forums or events in Cloud Security

- Strong technical team leadership, mentorship, and collaboration

- Ability to develop technical relationships with end-users, Platform architects and Vendor Partners

- Experience in designing, building and operating cloud services in IT, Systems Integrator or Service Provide r

- Strong domain knowledge

- Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends

- Strong verbal and written communication & influencing skills

- Effective project & team management
